Adam is Vice President and Senior Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined the New York NCS in 2015 applying his underwriting expertise to local New York as well as national real estate transactions including residential, commercial, single-site and multi-site transactions. Prior to joining Fidelity, Adam was a partner at a boutique litigation firm where he represented individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial disputes including breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, and shareholder oppression cases.

Adam is admitted to the state bar associations of New York and New Jersey. He is a board member of Alpine Learning Group, a not-for-profit school for autistic children located in Paramus, New Jersey. Adam received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and earned a BA, cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major: Political Science and Russian Studies. He lives in New York City and is married with two children.
