Caroline is Vice President and Counsel for Fidelity National Title's New York National Commercial Services operation. Joining the NCS in 2017, she works on national and New York single and multi-site commercial transactions. Caroline handles many aspects of each transaction including escrow, underwriting and negotiating coverage, and closing/post-closing items. Prior to joining the NCS, she represented buyers, sellers, and lenders on New York residential real estate transactions.

Caroline holds a B.A. from Haverford College and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is a member of CREW New York and is admitted to the Bar of New Jersey and the Bar of New York.
