Ed Heim is Vice President, Senior Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation, with his main focus being on properties located in the five boroughs of New York and throughout New York State. Ed’s 25 years as an underwriter provides the experience necessary to assist clients with difficult title issues common to commercial real estate transactions. Ed joined Fidelity National Title in 1996 as part of a hand-picked team to create a national underwriting office for Fidelity. After many years of underwriting national transactions for New York clients, Ed turned his attention to international title insurance with Fidelity Global Solutions. He was promoted to Senior Underwriter for the New York commercial operation in 2010.

Ed received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Buffalo in 1987. He is also a certified community mediator and a board member of the Institute for Mediation and Conflict Resolution in the Bronx.
