James is Vice President for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. With over 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, James worked in a similar capacity at Chicago Title Insurance Company for more than 10 years before joining the Fidelity team in 2009.

James manages a range of client accounts which include law firms, developers and corporations with whom he works on both single-site and complex multi-state/multi-site commercial real estate transactions.
