Joanna Patilis is Executive Vice President and Regional Manager for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. In her 18 years with Fidelity National Title, Joanna has been instrumental in growing the New York City commercial operation from the beginning to one of the top five revenue generating operations in the company. She also has earned Top Performers Award recognition the past four years and has worked on many of the largest single site commercial deals that have ever closed in New York. Joanna has extensive experience advising on and title insuring single asset and multiple property real estate portfolios.
