Larry is Senior Vice President and Commercial Counsel for Fidelity National Title's New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He has many years of experience managing and underwriting real estate transactions in New York as well as nationally.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Larry worked as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, Executive Vice President and Counsel at Lincoln Land Services and eight years at Stewart Title Insurance Company as Vice President, Senior Counsel and New York Metro Manager. He began his career as counsel for Title Associates, Inc., a Stewart Title division. Larry practiced in all phases of commercial real estate law, including purchasing, sales, financing and leasing, while working as an associate in the real estate departments of major New York City law firms Thacher Proffitt & Wood (defunct), Sidley LLP and Sidley’s predecessor in New York, Brown & Wood.

Larry holds a B.A. from Hamilton College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to the Bar of New York and is a member of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations. Larry is a founding Member of P-Daddy 2020, a local not for profit performing charitable work in the Mount Pleasant, New York community. He is also an elected Member of the Board of Trustees of the Pleasantville Union Free School District in Pleasantville, New York where he resides with his family.
