Melissa Hernandez is Vice President and NCS Manager for Fidelity National Title's New York National Commercial Services operation. In her current role she oversees the production, closing/post-closing and accounting departments. Melissa has been in the title industry since 2000 and joined the New York NCS in 2005. She started out as a recording clerk and in 2007 became a sales assistant. In addition to interacting with the clients, Melissa learned how to process orders and break down files for revenue. She then moved to the accounting department where her responsibilities include issuing checks, posting all incoming and outgoing wires to the production system, and month-end file reconciliation.
