Nick is Senior Vice President, Managing Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. With nearly 30 years in the field, he started as an associate in the commercial real estate department of Dewey Ballantine LLP from August 1987 through November 1997 where he represented national lenders in complex commercial lending transactions and asset-based financings, including New York City and national construction loans and New York City HFA and HDC 80/20 construction projects. From November 1997 through June 1998, Nick served as Senior Title Counsel at Chicago Title Insurance Company. He then served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of TSNY, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company until July of 2003 when TSNY merged operations with Fidelity National Title.

Nick earned his B.A. from State University of New York at Albany in 1984 and his J.D from Brooklyn Law School in 1987. In 1988, Nick was admitted to the New York Bar.
