Bonnie is National Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. In this role, she evaluates and underwrites commercial real estate and energy transactions nationwide. Bonnie collaborates with lenders, developers, attorneys, and local underwriting offices to identify and assess risk, resolve title issues, and guide transactions through closing. Her work spans acquisitions, refinances, construction financing, multi-site portfolios, and renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems. Bonnie draws on her development experience to provide practical underwriting solutions helping navigate risk and facilitate successful closings.
Bonnie has over 16 years of experience in renewable energy, real estate, land acquisition, title, and due diligence. She witnessed firsthand how wind projects positively impacted landowners and their communities in significant ways. Bonnie has held senior leadership roles with leading renewable energy developers, manufacturers, and start-up wind development shops managing land, title, and real estate functions to support the development of over 5,000 MWs of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States. Her experience includes overseeing due diligence, title curatives, survey review, site control, and risk management cross-functionally across real estate and development teams throughout all phases of project development, construction, and operations.

Bonnie lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and enjoys trying new restaurants with friends and spending time with her children, Jordan and Abigail, and their growing families. She is a fan of the Pirates, Steelers, Pitt, and NCAA football and basketball. Bonnie loves solo traveling, attending concerts, kayaking, trail walking, reading, and supporting the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. She also enjoys baking and has been trying recipes inspired by The Great British Bake Off.
