Tom Glatthaar is Senior Vice President, Senior Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title's New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Prior to starting this position in 2007, Tom was President of Title Resource Agency, Inc., a title insurance agency based in New York City, and Vice President and Chief Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company of New York.

Tom is a graduate of Providence College (B.A., 1980), and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1988. He was admitted to the New York Bar Association in 1989, and is a member of the Title and Transfer Committee.
