Nicole is Vice President and Sales Representative for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. After nine years with Fidelity’s South Texas operation in Houston, she joined the New York NCS operation in 2026, where she works on both local and national transactions. Nicole has successfully built and diversified her business across a broad range of verticals, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs. Prior to joining Fidelity, she worked in New York City in corporate communications with a focus on employee engagement for major retail brands. Nicole’s multifaceted background equips her with a unique perspective and a versatile approach to client relationships and strategic growth.

Nicole is a member of CREW New York and the Asian Real Estate Association of America. She received a B.A. in communication minoring in rhetoric and writing and public relations as well as a master’s degree in communication studies from the University of Maine. Nicole was born and raised in Greene, Maine and currently resides in Summit, New Jersey with her daughter. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, relaxing at the beach, or playing a round of golf.
