Stacey serves as Assistant Vice President and Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the NCS in 2012, she handles multiple aspects of single and multi-site commercial, and residential real estate transactions throughout the state of New York. This includes reviewing closing and loan documents, clearance of title issues, underwriting, escrow, closing procedures, and post-closing matters. Stacey’s previous title examiner and reader experience, combined with her current underwriter role, have given her a unique opportunity to see the development and lifecycle of transactions from start to finish.

Stacey is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women of New York (CREWNY). She graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
